• Paper notes are stored in a key locked cabined
• Digital records are stored on encrypted, password-protected devices
• Emails and messages are stored securely and deleted when no longer needed

Client records are kept for 7 years after the end of therapy (in line with professional guidelines) and then securely destroyed.

Your information is confidential and will not be shared without your consent, except:

• If required by law
• If there is a serious risk of harm to you or others
• If there are concerns about child protection or abuse
