Walk & Talk Therapy

If sitting in a room each week is not for you, Robin Trail offers Walk & Talk Therapy. This approach combines fresh air and physical activity with traditional Talk Therapy which can help reduce feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, and can help promote a more positive mindset & outlook on issues, decisions & life situations

There’s no pressure to say the “right” thing, or to share more than you’re ready for.Our time together is simply a calm, supportive space where you can breathe, reflect, and take things at your own pace. Whether you’re carrying something heavy or just feeling a bit lost, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

Sessions are by appointment only, with flexibile times available to suit your needs and lifestyle. Robin Trail offers early morning and evening sessions along with the normal 9-5 office hours.
